Quality
We are committed to provide unsurpassed quality of edible oil in accordance with the international specification and to achieve; we stringently check the sourced raw material from the framers and narrow one that meets all required specifications. The entire manufacturing process is operated under the vigilance of our experts along with GC and HPLC tests are performed on the end product by our QA team to check and ensure its authenticity. Besides that, we uniformly emphasis on the packaging, supplying and distributing processes to preserve the quality of the delivered product.
Infrastructure
The state of the art infrastructure is located at Naroda, Ahmedabad to seize a privilege of easy connectivity to ports and national highways for supplying and exporting, loaded with cutting edge technology followed machinery in order to meet all kinds of market demands. Moreover, acquires laboratories with latest testing equipment to analyze and ensure quality of the final product.
The Manufacturing facility comprises an integrated, continuous plant, set up by Alfa Laval. All the packaging is done in-house. In fact the Company has gone in for backward integration, by manufacturing its own packs. Be it Tins, HDPE jars, PET bottles or corrugated boxes. This works out to be very cost-effective, and also retains the quality of the product. The products are lab-tested at every stage, staring with the raw material, and ending with final packaging.
The Processing Plant
With optimal utilization of quality ingredients such as sesame, mustard, groundnut etc., the variants of edible oil are extracted using state-of-the-art processing machinery. Spread over an extended area, the processing plant is maintained with most hygienic conditions to refrain unfavorable impurities. Processes concluded in manufacturing of Edible Oil and Castor Oil includes scalping, drying, flaking, expanding and extraction.
Regulatory Considerations
Our products are AGMARK certified which validates our Good Manufacturing Practices as per directives of authorized regulatory bodies. We have appointed qualified industry professionals specializing in sampling and testing of Edible Oil and Castor Oil. Apart from access of quality check arrangements for oil, we emphasize quality standards in packaging of products in order to prevent risk of any flaw in delivery of consignments.
